office reception area. Additional digital photographs are used to
represent the property in our company listings magazine, personalized
flyers & brochures and other print publications.
- Our
Graphics/Marketing department takes an individualized approach, working
daily with agents and their clients to ensure advertising materials
meet with their satisfaction. In keeping with technological
innovations, the department makes use of current digital cameras,
scanners, laser & inkjet printers & color copiers, computer
programs and the like, to ensure the highest possible quality in
property representation.

constantly monitor and promote our Internet presence. We have a
tremendously successful web advertising campaign involving linking from
regional and major sites (including www.winnipesaukee.com, www.nh.com,
www.lakesregion.org, search engines including Google and Yahoo, and
more), established office and agent websites, and advertising with
major real estate sources (among them, www.realtor.com,
www.homesandland.com). As a result, web users find our office site via
many different paths and the office receives a tremendous number of
inquiries via email and phone. Our office website is our most important
marketing tool, bringing in, by far, the highest percentage of our
monthly leads.
