  • Within 48 hours of the completion of our listing package, your property is entered into the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN, our Multiple Listing Service). As a result, all MLS Real Estate offices in the State of New Hampshire are notified that your property is available.
  • All properties for sale are prominently displayed on plasma screens in the office reception area. Additional digital photographs are used to represent the property in our company listings magazine, personalized flyers & brochures and other print publications.
  • Our Graphics/Marketing department takes an individualized approach, working daily with agents and their clients to ensure advertising materials meet with their satisfaction. In keeping with technological innovations, the department makes use of current digital cameras, scanners, laser & inkjet printers & color copiers, computer programs and the like, to ensure the highest possible quality in property representation.

2. The Internet and Technology

  • Your property will be placed on the Internet in several locations, including NNEREN's public website, www.NNEREN.com, our office website, www.LakesRegionRealEstate.com, the Century 21 site, www.CENTURY21.com, and www.Realtor.com.
  • As we recognize the Internet is an extremely powerful and popular tool, we constantly monitor and promote our Internet presence. We have a tremendously successful web advertising campaign involving linking from regional and major sites (including www.winnipesaukee.com, www.nh.com, www.lakesregion.org, search engines including Google and Yahoo, and more), established office and agent websites, and advertising with major real estate sources (among them, www.realtor.com, www.homesandland.com). As a result, web users find our office site via many different paths and the office receives a tremendous number of inquiries via email and phone. Our office website is our most important marketing tool, bringing in, by far, the highest percentage of our monthly leads.
  • Remaining abreast of the latest technology is essential. CENTURY 21 Lakes Region was a pioneer in website development, starting in 1995, two years before any other Lakes Region agency developed an office site. This advantage has enabled us to establish a huge Internet presence. We also work to ensure properties are presented online with numerous photos highlighting special features.
  • Century21.com - Thanks to the CENTURY 21 Corporation, this powerful and dynamic site is the world's leading real estate company website, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors every month. CENTURY 21 Lakes Region Realty features properties on this site to draw a diverse buyer group. Many of our buyer leads come from this site.

3. Print Advertising

Your property will be featured in The CENTURY 21 Homes & Real Estate Magazine, our exclusive agency magazine mailed to several thousand people expressing an interest in Lakes Region real estate. The magazine is also widely distributed among Lakes Region businesses frequented by visitors to the area.
